Don The Armour

When wolves hunt sheep, they first stalk the flock and look for a single target showing weakness, and then they work together to separate that sheep from the rest so they can take it down more easily. Similarly, our enemy will watch us, assess our weaknesses, and often try to isolate us from other believers so that we’re more vulnerable.

Being a Christian means being part of the body; if you allow yourself to be separated, you will be easy prey. Forcing the entire world to isolate and watch church online was one of the most significant victories the enemy has achieved in our lifetimes. Look at scripture, and you will see that the apostles could have only written letters back and forth, but they knew the necessity of being together face-to-face, even at the risk of their lives. The importance of having strong brothers and sisters you can meet with in person can’t be overstated.
